I firmly believe in the power of genuine human connections and nurturing non-judgmental relationships as vital elements for a fulfilling and happy life.
Drawing from my robust educational background in science and psychology, I approach my counseling work holistically. My experience as a Nutrition and Wellness professional uniquely qualifies me to assist clients in developing comprehensive plans to enhance their overall health and well-being. My true calling lies in empowering individuals to gain self-awareness and personal insights, enabling them to make meaningful changes in their lives.
My caring and empathetic nature has always driven me to support others. I thrive on forming authentic and encouraging therapeutic relationships with children, adolescents, individuals, couples, and families. These relationships are centered on promoting client well-being, health, and self-empowerment.


My counselling approach is rooted in a person-centered philosophy, shaped by my personal and professional experiences navigating issues such as divorce, blending families, parenting challenges, child and adolescent concerns, trauma, anger, grief, and various mental health issues.
For me, the client-therapist relationship is paramount. I strongly believe that fostering a trusting and collaborative environment is the key to facilitating positive change.
My life experiences have endowed me with profound empathy and relatability, making me a supportive and understanding counsellor. As a proud mother of three teenagers and two young adult stepsons, I highly value optimism, positive role modeling, and resilience in the face of life’s inevitable challenges, struggles, and transformations. My unwavering optimism has been a valuable asset in overcoming life’s obstacles.
I consider myself a compassionate and understanding person with a great demeanour, striving to be a positive role model to those who know me. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, maintaining an active lifestyle through activities like hiking with friends, and cherishing moments spent with my family and beloved canine companions. My warm and caring nature aims to make me a trusted ally on your journey toward personal growth and well-being.
